Performance reviews

This is about commercial business building, not box ticking. Reviews can run periodically across your whole network, or ad hoc for a specific franchisee who needs support. Either way, the goal is coaching you and your network toward stronger commercial results. I work with founders and their teams to find what is holding performance back and build a clear plan to fix it.

Compliance

Compliance is your standards focus, keeping every location delivering the brand your customers expect. I can provide scheduled support to keep your system on track, or help you build the system in the first place if you do not have one yet. Either way you end up with standards that hold, and a record you can rely on if a relationship ever turns difficult.
